The olive groves stretch across the hills of Blera, in a volcanic landscape rich in minerals and trace elements.
The combination of soil, altitude, and orientation creates ideal conditions for producing oils with a complex, balanced, and persistent flavour profile.
It is here that the distinctive character of Villa Valles is born: a clear, recognisable identity, deeply rooted in the land and the local area.
